Submersible Pumps

Union Enterprise offers Submersible Pump. This booster module is suitable for industrial and water supply applications requiring increased system pressure. It consists of high efficiency submersible pumps mounted in a stainless steel sleeve, providing a unique design for cross-flow membranes or other applications where low noise, no seal and compactness are key factors. Features and benefits: various material versions - AISI 304, AISI 316 and AISI 904 L; silent operation - less than db (a) 70; modular design - up to 80 bars at a given flow; compact design - diameter of pipes 114.3, 168.8 or 273 mm; and leak-free - no shaft seal, dry and submersible installation. Typical applications: water treatment such as: reverse osmosis in domestic water supply systems, hospitals, laboratories, chemical, electronics and metal industries; ultra-filtration systems; liquid transfer; pressure boosting; and closed circulation systems with a high static pressure. Operating conditions: flow - 50 Hz, max 160 m3/h; head - max 470 m, higher performance is possible by connection in series or in parallel; temperature - max 40°C (higher temperature limits available on request); outlet pressure - max 80 bar; and inlet pressure - max 60 bar. Custom-built pumps: generally, BM booster pumps are used as in-line pumps, but they can easily be adapted for other kinds of installations, which calls for customisation of pump performance, electrical and hydraulic connections, monitoring and control equipment.
