Professionals & Traders offers quality marking systems from Schilling Marking Systems GmbH, Germany. The microprocessor controlled microdot marker works with standard software programs or with the newly developed marking software from Schilling. This allows a wide range of solutions for marking of straight and arched text, logos, graphics and consecutive numbering. Characters are engraved through micro impact of the hardened needle into the material. New innovative technology avoids transferring stress into the material which ensures that the integrity of its structure will be maintained. The adjustable intensity of the needle impact helps to avoid cracks, brakes or tension within the work piece. Equipment needed: microdot marker, needle assembly, remote control, and frame (not required for portable version).
