Pet Strap for Packaging

Qualis Engineers offers PET Strap for Packaging. Conventionally steel straps are used for major industrial packaging applications for securing heavy loads, boxes and packaging of tubes/bundles and coils, etc. By using steel strap, it is conveyed that the packing method is heavy. But nowadays a new product, PET (Polyethelene Thtrapthalete) is used in 90% of industrial packaging applications and is an effective substitute to conventional steel strap. The main advantages of PET strap for packaging are: 100% recyclable, environment friendly, elasticity, operational ease to apply and comes in various sizes and thickness for various load conditions. One can use PET strap, which usually comes in green colour as major replacement to steel strap used for so many years. Other advantages are: flexibility – expand and contract property during various road transport conditions and easy to use, safe packing method and fatigue free operation also aesthetic look and easy to reopen of box at another end.
