Coding/Marking System

Sarju Enterprise offers total solution for coding/marking to identify the products with various methods using ink jet machine, laser etching machine, electrolytic etching machine and impact marking machine. Code numbers, batch numbers, Mfg/Expiry dates, and Logos can be printed directly on products and on cartons by inkjet method. It is a computerised non-contact method of marking using an appropriate ink as per the application covering consumer products, electronic components, and in automobile and pharmaceutical industries. Electrolytic etching machine leaves the images on metals only by using proper electrolytes and stencils. It etches the material superficially by applying small current to any curved or flat non-oily surface. Tools, medical instruments, automobile spare parts manufacturers are the users of this machine. Laser marking machine is a computerised non-contact method where laser beam moves at a very high speed and oxidizes the surface to mark logo, batch number, etc. Nd:Yag laser is used for metal marking on tools, medical instruments, automobile spare parts and CO2, laser is for non-metallic products like gift articles. The impact marking machine marks on the metals by using compressed air. The hardened pin vibrates at a high speed and by varying the distance between two dots various images can be formed. Automotive industry is the major user of this machine for marking on auto spare parts and labels. ABS plastic, thermoplastic, and acrylic can also be marked and hence it is used in marking logos and symbols on the front panels of electrical goods, gift articles, writing instruments, etc.
