Ptfe Hoses

Ani Associates offers PTFE hoses in smooth bore (plain) and corrugated types. These are widely accepted, highly flexible hoses for use with most of the corrosive chemicals, and where all other hoses have failed. Practically inert to almost all chemicals and solvents, SS braiding gives them high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, and flexibility. They have no additives which makes them free of contamination for use in pharmaceutical and food industries. They have medium permeability values which make them usable with gases as well. Special cryogenic hoses are also available. Applications which involve movements, vibrations, and frequent connections/disconnections can use corrugated PTFE hose with SS braiding. They offer extreme flexibility, long flex life, very tight bend radii, light weight, corrosion resistance and chemical inertness. These hoses are available without fittings or with any type of fittings including PTFE coated fittings. They are available to cover the temperature range -60?C to +250?C, in sizes from 3/16"to 4"dia.
