Master Heat Gun is a heavy duty industrial quality continuous operation heat gun. It is rated for continuous 6 - 8 hours operation. Wherever portable flameless heat is required, the Master Heat Gun and its variable temperature version, the Varitemp Heat Gun, do the job faster, safer and better.

High temperature industrial jobs are done faster with the Master Heat Gun and its variable temperature version because they have higher power and air flow ratings. Power ratings go up to 540°C at 1740 watts. Air flow ratings are 23 CFM (651 L/Min) average air volume. The combination of these factors means high-performance. Master Heat Gun and Varitemp Heat Gun provide a fast of heated air for many applications. Wherever a fast, portable heat is the need, this is the number one choice of industry. It has rugged aluminium die-cast construction for heavy duty use. Four models provide temperatures up to 149°C, 260°C, 399°C and 540°C.

Both Master Heat Gun and Varitemp Heat Guns provide features like double protected element housing, reinforced, mica-insulated ceramic heating elements, sturdy die-cast aluminium housing which is rugged and lightweight, adjustable air intake controls air volume and temperature range, powerful high-speed universal motor, externally accessible brush holders, three position (“off-on-hot”) rocker switch, non-slip rubber backed base which permits full 90° rotation, contoured, well-balanced handle, oil resistant neoprene 3-wire grounded cord set and many more.

The variable temperature version of the Master Heat Gun provides temperatures from ambient to 400°C. It also has identical air flow characteristics to the Master Heat Gun. The Varitemp provides a safe way to heat sensitive materials such as thermoset resins and potting compounds, when exact temperatures are needed. The dial-in temperature control can be “locked-in” to the required temperature for each individual job. This feature is unique in that once it is locked, it cannot be accidentally charged to an incorrect temperature.
