THERMIC FLUID HEATERS

Saz Boilers offers Thermic Fluid Heaters, Super Therm. It is available in vertical design ranging from 50,000 kcal/hr to 10,00,000 kcal/hr. Features: It is designed for high efficiency of 87% ± 2%; fully automatic operation - runs On-Off automatically on heat requirement, hence consumes minimum fuel and gives best operating efficiency; designed for heating thermic fluid up to 300°C almost at atmospheric pressure; designed for easy operation and maintenance; all standard indigenous parts ensures easy availability of spares; due to coil type design and maximum safety features incorporated, there is no explosion hazard; and the pressure jet burner of the thermic fluid heater is adjusted to a high CO2 content and a high degree of efficiency maintaining clean combustion, almost free of air pollutants. Instrumentation and control: It is a fully automatic TF heater. In any abnormal conditions either due to oil, air, TF level, TF pressure or flame failure, the heater shuts off and gives an alarm, indicating fault on control panel, so one can easily rectify the fault. Low installation costs: compact vertical design saves valuable floor space than other type of heaters. Almost no foundation expenses. A range of boilers and heating equipment are available.
