Line Of Aluminium Melting Furnaces

A line of crucible-type aluminium melting furnaces, featuring quiet "Buzzer"Venturi burners, are said to offer the cleanliness of gas heat, operate economically, do not require the maintenance of compressed air and will continue to operate during power failures. The construction consists of sectionalised cast iron furnace rings and steeljacket lined with high quality insulating firebrick. Furnace cover and lid of insulating material are easily removed for access to the crucible. Furnaces are complete with silicon carbide, graphite-bonded crucibles and are offered in standard furnace sizes from 33.5"to 50"high and in diameters from 16"to 39". Larger or special sizes be built to order.
