Heat Treatment Furnace

The heat treatment furnace is used for general purpose heating and heat treatment like annealing, pre heating, normalizing hardening, pack-carburising, etc., up to temperature of 1600°C. Scope of supply: the furnace casing is fabricated from 5 mm mild steel plates and angle and section, etc; the furnace lining is done with insulating ceramic fibre HTZ 128 modules 250 mm thick and hot face insulating bricks – Methians/Welly or ISI standard; heating with automatic gas fired imported Italian make burner or equivalent; vacuum [not necessary] vacuum pump Toshniwal or equivalent make; atmosphere control with ammonia/nitrogen feeding [not required]; temperature control panel and control main switch Siemens/L&T make; and fuses, ammeter, indicating lamps, temperature controller, contactor and straight type simple thermocouple, R type.
