Worm-Type Reduction Gearboxes

Whitestar Engg Co introduce Janchi-LM Taiwan made worm type reduction gearboxes. Several models are offered with centre distance from 50 mm to 300 mm (ie, from CD 2"to CD 12"), any ratio range from 1/10 RPM to 1/60 RPM and also proportions of ratio from 1/100 to 1/3600 RPM and above. The foot mounting type gearbox comes with an ISO 9002 unit. The gearbox is produced from aluminium alloys and has cast iron body and the shaft is hardened and ground. The gears are of best quality alloys and there are many types and models to choose from. The horizontal foot mounting type is available with input shaft both in upper and lower sides and suitable for any types of couplings. There are also vertical type, universal type, agitator type, double reduction type, motorised couple type with 1 ph 220 V motor or 3 ph 440Vand with the ratio range from 1/10 RPM to 1/3600RPM and sizes up to 12"reduction gearboxes. The company also offers variable speed type V belt driven motorised gearboxes to change speeds at the turn of a knob.
