Malkar Industries manufactures Worm and Worm Wheels in any material with ground or milled profile worm shafts and has specialised in small size worm and worm wheels, centre distance from 10 mm up to 300 mm. Worm shafts are manufactured with ground profile and worm wheels are manufactured on Mikron hobbing machines, which offer great accuracy as well as consistency in dimensions. The company has in-house manufacturing facility of gear hobbing, thread grinding and gear grinding facility to produce worm and worm wheels in mass quantity. Apart from worms and worm wheels, it also manufactures lead screws, knurling tools, thread rolls, spur and helical gears, ground worms, serration cutters, hob cutters, ground gears, etc. Malkar Industries, established in 1972, is engaged in manufacturing of precision gears and allied items, and has achieved a name for quality essential in precision gearing for gearboxes, actuators, wiper motor fans, instruments, etc. The company has specialisation in manufacturing of standard/non standard hardened and ground gears.
