Seize Resistant Bearings

Deepak Engineering manufactures Seize Resistant Bearings. These bearings are available with polyamide cages for use in conveyors and idler rollers. These anti-seize bearings have shown resistance to seizure even in polluted conditions. These bearings offer lowest co-efficient of friction, higher stiffness, high accuracy, maximum static and dynamic load carrying capacity, low wear and highest fatigue life. The bearing retainer has a substantial influence on the bearing performance and reliability and polyamide cages used are manufactured from virgin Nylon PA66 having a melting point of 265°centigrade; hardness of 74 Shore D and suitable for a working temperature of +190°centigrade to -40°centigrade.
