Dhakar Engineers’ scale controller is basically an anti scale unit. It prevents scale formation and it also effectively removes the deposited scale from pipeline and equipment gradually over the period. There is no consumable, no moving parts, no wear and tear, and maintenance free device. Scale build up is the natural crystallisation process. This process is accelerated due to heat. The magneto hydrodynamic principle of controller keeps the calcium and magnesium salts in suspended form in water, and alters them in such a way that they loose their ability to cause scale formation. It is useful to fix it at inlet/outlet of overhead water tank. It is simple to fix and works 24 hours continuously 365 days a year. The users can also fix it at the inlet of equipments like heat exchangers, pumps, heaters, etc., to remove the existing scale.
