Stallion Machine Tools offers a high performance vertical CNC lathe, Model VT550. Main features: high productivity; stable machine construction with high rigidity; machine oil-tank independent of main body; minimised idle-time with quick ATC diverse and high power torque motor; the suitable concept for parts manufacturing and automated line planning; 45 kW (60 HP) spindle motor with two speed gearbox (optional); high rigid single box frame structure enables high precision to be maintained, even when subjected to outside shock and vibration, due to highly rigid structured base and column; diverse spindle motor and gearbox (optional) – driven tools for milling, tapping, drilling contribute to highly intensive process with spindle indexing (0.001) by an AC spindle motor; machining in one process can be achieved; and adjustable spindle specification expands this machines working range according to the machining purpose. In addition, gearbox provides more powerful heavy cutting. Standard: 22/18.5 kW (30/25 HP), options: 45/37.5 kW (60/50 HP) and a gearbox.
