United Engineering has designed, manufactured and supplied vertical centrifuges with bag lifting arrangements for chemicals, dyestuff and pharmaceutical industries. Special features include: full diameter top lid closed and locked quickly with swing bolts; the lid weight is borne by specially designed hydro-mechanical spring cylinder or pneumatic device, so the lid opening and closing is achieved without much effort; bag lifting ring positively/instantly locked on to the basket from a single point by a special circlip device; three point pendulum suspended spherical bearings are used at the top and bottom ends of suspension rods; and, capacity to withstand an off-balance load is equal to 4.5% to 5% of the rated charge. The machines are very competitively priced with state-of-the-art technology. The company also manufactures vertical top discharge centrifuges and vertical bottom discharge (with/without scraper) centrifuges.
