Blion is a pinhole-free homogenous thick coating of PVDF (Kynar), FEP, PFA, ETFE and ECTFE (Halar). It has an extraordinary chemical resistance and coating thickness ranges from 500 to 1000 microns. Any articles of intricate configuration can be coated. This coating can withstand temperatures from -100 to +260 degree Celsius and resistant to impact force and elongation up to 30 per cent. The coating is non?sticky and non?toxic with electrical insulation, anti?static and release-surface properties. Applications: Reaction vessels, agitators, flanges, absorbers, stirrers, valves, reducers, thermowells, pumps, bends, tees, heat exchangers, boiler dish end, autoclaves, charging covers, nuclear parts, large diameter pipes, impellers, heating coils, spindles, dip?tubes, man way covers, sight glasses, pressure filters, steam ejectors, process control equipment and many more.
