Nikit Engineers has developed a Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Auto MIG. The company manufactures custom built machines for various applications in auto welding, both in MIG as well as TIG. This includes SPMs for manufacturing components/parts of leading companies like TVS, Ashok Leyland, BEML, L&T, CRI pumps, WIPRO Fluid Power, OTIS Elevators, Indian Railways and so on. These are low cost machines which give customers high value in terms of production, quality and of course mostly without skilled labour. These are built with or without pneumatics, both in linear and rotary versions. These are PLC controlled systems, with provision for varying rotary/linear speed, weld on-off, inching, forward-reverse, overlap setting, etc. The company can offer these systems, with and without its own MIG and TIG welding machines. These can also be coupled to machines of other manufacturers.
