RWMF furnace models are ideal for general laboratory testing and heat treatment of small tools, dies engineering parts with maximum operating temperature. Standard Shikovi RWMF models are compact and sturdy, fired with high temperature Nichrome 80/20 Ferrichrome alloy heating elements, safely designed and wound on ceramic muffle embedded with low iron embedding compound. It is ideal for temperature up to 1050ºC, material research, general testing for R&D, thermocouple calibration, machine tool and die shops, loss on ignition, gas analysis, powder metallurgy, heat treatment and sample testing.
