Uttam Rubtech Machinery offers a rubber calender machine, Model URM-CL. "Uttam" 3 roll 6'' x 18'' and 8'' x 24'' calenders are most popular for cushion/tapes/treads. These calenders are most economical for specific purpose and avoid extra expenditure due to simplicity in design. Accuracy demanded is met with precise tolerances in manufacturing. Calenders are available of all sizes incorporating the latest features for obtaining uniform coating and sheet thickness, better productivity and processing of rubber. The rolls are available in sizes (dia x length): 6" x 18", 8" x 24", 10" x 30", 12" x 36", 14" x 42", 16" x 48" and 18" x 54". Roll configuration: three roll vertical, three roll inclined, four roll vertical, four roll (l), four roll (z), four roll inclined (z) and five roll inverted (l).
