With a country-wide network, Crompton Greaves provides total support in engineering, commissioning, training and repair services. Introduced to replace electromechanical starters, soft starters are now extended to fixed speed drive applications requiring controlled starting only and also providing complete motor protection. Successful applications cover: compressors, blowers, fans, pumps, stirrers, and mixers for soft start and energy saving; and textile speed frames, wire drawing machines, grinders, conveyors and injection moulding machines for soft start.
