Ace Instruments offers Pressure and Vacuum Transmitters. These are high accuracy stainless steel body pressure transmitters with 4-20 mA, 2-wire output. The pressure port is machined from a solid piece of 17-4 PH stainless steel. The transmitter has no O-rings, organics or welds exposed to the pressure media. This allows for a leak proof, all metal sealed pressure system, which withstands more than 10 million pressure cycles. The accuracy of the transmitter is ±0.5% FS and the total error band is ±1% and the operating temperature range is –40°C to +125°C. Pressure transmitters are available in all ranges of 0 to 0.1, 0.25, 0.4, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 16, 20, 25, 40,100, 200, 300, 400, 700 bar and compound range transmitters in the range of -1 to +4, -1 to +10, etc., enabling use of the transmitters in both vacuum and positive pressure ranges. A wide range of instruments is available for interfacing the pressure transmitter including digital pressure indicators, controllers, data loggers with RS232/RS485 communication. Specially designed multi-channel pressure scanners allow monitoring of pressure/vacuum at multiple places/points/equipment in a single instrument along with direct recording onto a printer (80/132 Column Dot Matrix Printer). These can also be connected onto the computer system for monitoring the trends in graph mode along with real time data acquisition and storage.
