Industrial Refrigeration offers cold stores, modular walk-in cold rooms, reach-in mini cold rooms and cold rooms with display shelves. These are widely used in hotels, hospitals, industries, canteens, etc. The modular panels used for cold rooms are 400/600/800/1200 mm wide and 40-150 mm thick. The panels consist of two galvanised steel sheets covered with food safe plasticized film. Junction between panels is realized by an eccentric hook system. The cold room does not deteriorate with time and does not absorb odours, parasites cannot nest between panels and formation of fungi or mould is impossible. The cold room modular structure is self-bearing, it can be disassembled, made bigger and moved to a different location without damaging it in any way. Flooring is of non-slip stainless steel/aluminium suitable for bearing a load up to 2000 kg/m2. Doors can be either hinged type or sliding type. A split or monoblock refrigeration system is incorporated, running on eco-friendly refrigerants. For critical application cold rooms, microprocessor controlled temperature and humidity monitoring and data logging system with computer and printer interface can be provided.
