The world’s largest stainless steel metal finish roller brush measures 600 mm in outside diameter (OD) and 2150 mm in length. Introduced by Valgro India, this brush comes with a variety of grit for various sheets and strips and metal uniform cleaning and finishing requirement of coil manufacturers. This brush can be used for uniform hairline/satin/matt finishing on ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. Wide face roller brushes are used before coating operation on galvanised sheets. The brush produces a regular anchor pattern to get better surface for superior coating adhesion for pre-coated sheets and better aesthetic appearance, increase productivity and reduce costs.
