The company is very actively marketing Expansion Joints / Compensators of Stainless Steel, Rubber, Fabric, MS, etc. These products are being very highly technical. The variables in these products are temperature, pressure, overall length available in piping, service to be given, end connections, three directional movements, hence interaction with end user is required to understand the customer need to design a proper joint.
Ruckmangad are also marketing Geared and Ungeared DC Motors. The application of these motors is in printing industry, welding industry, packaging, robotics, pharmaceutical, medical industry, special purpose machines, NC/CNC machines. All the customers have very particular requirements to suit their end application. The variable parameters are physical dimensions, torque requirements, input voltage, mounting, noise, enclosures, etc., therefore, it involves considerable interaction with all OEMs.
The company were also very actively promoting Diamond & CBN Products. Application of these products is in tool rooms. This also needs good application engineering skills since every time the material under process varies, the surface finish requirements is also vary.
