The Famous make magical jaw vice is introduced to the Indian market by Premier Engineers. It is capable of holding irregular shape of jobs with the clamping force 0 to 1200 Kgf, and suitable for 3D machining. More than 1000 vices are successfully working in Germany, Switzerland, Taiwan and other countries. The main body is made up of FCD-45 high malleable cast iron. The vice jaw made by S-50C material is hardened to 55 HRC. The jaw opening size is 123 mm. It is highly useful for 3D machining to reduce the set up time in VMCs to clamp and hold irregular jobs.
