Agnee Engineering offers a range of Heat Treatment Furnaces. The company has the experience and fully integrated in-house capabilities to design and supply state-of-the-art custom heat treatment furnaces for the following process applications: annealing, stress relieving, aging, carburising, nitriding, galvanising, normalising, spheroidising, brazing, etc. Furnace designs are available for the following heat treating applications: plate, wire, pipe, tube, fasteners, strip coils, grain oriented si-steel, bar stock, automotive components, slugs, motor and transformer cores, etc. The company builds batch and continuous heat treatment furnaces and oven types including: atmosphere, auto-load/unload, bell, box, pit-pot, car bottom, tip up or "clamshell", conveyor, draw, mesh belt, drop bottom, elevator, forced-convection, half-heat, kiln, muffle, preheat, quench, recuperated, roller rail, roller hearth, rotary, slot, screw hearth, and shuttle furnaces. Each furnace is fitted with standard and special accessories including automatic opening doors, fans, cooling venturies, racks, baskets, loading devices, quench systems, various controlled atmospheres, special thermocouples, temperature controllers/recorders and alarms. The temperature ranges from 500°C to 1200°C.
