Ace Instruments offers flush diaphragm pressure transmitters from Tecsis GmbH, Germany, ideally suited for pressure measurements in pasty or crystallizing media with accuracy choice of ±0.25% FS or ±0.5% FS. Their accuracy, reliability, resistance to corrosion and mechanical load make them suitable for all pressure measuring tasks – in production, development or in the laboratory. The front flush pressure diaphragm avoids zones, in which medium could crystallise or residues could form, thus ensuring trouble-free pressure measurement and hygienic cleaning of the pressure sensors. The sensors are corrosion resistant, stainless steel design with high overload protection. Very good shock and vibration coupled with good reproducibility and optional integrated cooling element for operation up to 150°C make these transmitters indispensable to industry. Standard outputs of 4-20 mA (2-wire), 0-5 V DC, 3-wire or 0-10 V DC 3-wire are available for all pressure ranges of -1 to 0, 0 to 0.01 Bar to 0 to 1, 2 4, 10 up to 600 Bar with absolute ranges also available 0 to 0.25 Bar up to 16 Bar absolute.
