Gala Precision Technology offers Flow Through Vibratory Finishing Machines. It consists of "U" shape rectangular trough, media and parts, separate with inbuilt washing arrangement, media return conveyor and control panel. The trough is designed such that the components fed into and gets spiral motion as well as forward motion along with media, resulting in required deburring and finishing. It is suitable for deburring and finishing of components like die-casting, crank cases, bearing parts, automobile components, stampings, piston rings, CI casting, textile machinery parts and many more. Continuous high production is achieved as machine can be integrated directly at the discharge of manufacturing processes (e.g., die casting, machining, stamping, etc). Advantages: removal of small burrs in relatively short time; and no part-to-part hitting or entangling during the process, as the components are fed continuously in required lag of time. Applications: aluminium and zinc die-castings, crankcases, bearing parts, automobile components like piston and synchronise rings, stampings, and CI castings.
