Eltecks Corporation has developed an electrically conductive silver grease, Grade 1220-SG. This is suitable for maintaining smooth and stable electrical contact between -55oC to +250oC, in electrical equipments. It is a single component, silver-filled silicon conductive grease, which is of non-setting type. It I silver-grey in colour, and supplied in grease like consistency in ready-to-use condition. High viscosity allows it to be applied to vertical or steep surfaces without dripping. It has a specific gravity of 2.6, volume resistivity 0.02 ohm/cm and has unlimited shelf life. It maintains its characteristics such as lubricating and electrical properties, stability over wide ranging environ-mental conditions such as: high and low temperatures; resistance to moisture and humidity, resistance to various chemicals, ozone and radiation, etc.
