Uttam Rubtech Machinery offers a dispersion kneader machine, Model URM-K-25-150. The company offers a complete series of dispersion kneaders from 25 to 150 ltr production models in front charge and front discharge type with hard faced rotors for long life. Materials of construction: rotors – one piece special alloy steel casting for intensive cooling duly finished and hard chrome plated; chamber – heavy-duty steel fabricated and jacketed or intensive cooling duly finished and hard chrome plated; side board – heavy-duty steel fabricated and jacketed or intensive cooling duly finished and hard chrome plated; pressure lid – heavy-duty steel fabricated and jacketed or intensive cooling duly finished and hard chrome plated; seals – mechanical seals; chamber tilting – hydraulically, this tilting system provides trouble free working of the machine; as there is no wear and tear of the gears like in the machines where worm gear system is used for tilting the chamber or no breakage of the screw and nuts like in the machines where screw and nut system is used for tilting chamber; and common base frame – heavy-duty steel channel and MS plate fabricated and machined upon which the whole machine is fixed.
