Miranda Automation offers PLC Based Automated Dairy Butter Handling System. Butter passes through the grill easily in the jacketed mixing bowl. The butter gets tempered into a soft paste. Through load cell mounted dosing system butter is charged into the different cookers or mixers accurately. The system is completely closed and hygienic. Butter disperses well during dough mixing.
