Acier Equipments merchandise different types of Cut to Length Line products like manual, semi-automatic and automatic with servo drive/VFD/PLC/relay controls. These lines take flat rolled steel or coiled steel, unroll it, levels and cut it to desired length sheet. These lines are also known as blanking lines, level lines and shear lines. These can be start/stop such as in heavy gauge metal processing, or a free loop on lighter gauge materials. These lines has operator friendly digital panel.

- De-coiler: Screw type/expandable, manual/hydraulic operated
- Pinch roll: With/without leveler unit, steel/PU coated, fixed speed/VFD controlled
- Feed roll: Steel/PU coated, servo/AC VFD/clutch-brake driven
- Shear: Electro-mechanical down cut shear
- Run out conveyor, Stacker/collection table on exit side.
