Group Mechatronics is the umbrella company of Madras Mechatronics, which markets machine tools from Czech Republic, Korea and Germany for new, used and reconditioned machines. Another group company, VHS Mechatronics Services, services, erects and commissions machine tools, upgrades machines and supplies original spares; third one, Prasad NC Machine Systems, manufactures CNC machines, does retrofits and SPMs. Finally there is Water Jet Germany, which is engaged in the manufacture of waterjet machines. The product portfolio of the company thus comprises CNC lathes, CNC VTLs, special purpose machines and retrofits. The company has collaboration with VHS S.r.o. Ltd, of Czech Republic for modernisation of Czech machines.
