CAK Series CNC lathes are the kind of economical, practical machining lathes, with mature structures of products, stable functions and quality. A first choice of customers in China, the lathes are widely used for machining in automobile industry, petroleum industry, military industry and so on. CAK Series lathes are available in a range of models and specifications, and can be used in machining inside and outside, surfaces of shafts and discs, taper surfaces, arc surfaces, threads and boring holes, teaming holes, as well as machining non circular curved surfaces. Models with max cutting diameter ranging from 160 mm to 800 mm and max cutting length ranging from 260 mm to 5000 mm, are available. Machining accuracy of IT6 and surface roughness of Ra 1.6 can be obtained. Salient features: high accurate feeding with ball-screw driven by servomotor; different controllers as Fanuc, Siemens for users’ choices; vertical 4-position, 6-position, horizontal 6-position available; horizontal beds with guide-ways hardened and saddles are attached with TSF guide-ways plates; key mechanical parts are specially treated for better rigidity; either double speed motor with electromagnetic clutch or general motor with frequency converter for main drive; accurately positioned by end face tooth-discs, the tool post with high repeatability and rigidity; full-protection cover, semi-protection cover available; manual chuck, electrical chuck, hydraulic chuck, manual tail-stock, air tail-stock and hydraulic tail-stock for users’ choice.
