Francis Klein & Co Pvt Ltd offers a CNC Gear Hobbing Machine, Model LC 380. The program contains a full production series of machines from 10 mm to 16000 mm work-piece diameter. Liebherr hobbing machines are capable of high speed hobbing, dry cutting with PM HSS tools, skive (hard finish hobbing) with carbide tools and with numerous automation options. Deburring and chamfering may be integrated with the machine. Strong presence in the Indian market ensures that machines are customised to work reliably in Indian conditions. Machines up to 1600 mm are available from Liebherr India while larger machines are produced in Liebherr Germany.
