United Engineering Enterprises has designed and manufactured Centrifuges-Hydro Extractors for effluent treatment plants. These centrifuges are heavy-duty, three point pendulum suspension type. The materials of construction can be of stainless steel, and all contact parts and MS non-contact parts can be rubber lined. These hydro-extractors are available in various models with basket diameters 300 mm to 1950 mm and basket heights from 200 mm to 750 mm (batch capacities fro 50 to 600 kg). Features incorporated include: dynamically balanced basket with adequate thickness for high load bearing capacity; main steel shaft is amply proportioned to with stand loads caused by uneven load distribution; bearings supporting main shaft are heavy-duty with life of over 5000 working hours; brakes are heavy-duty to bring loaded basket to stop within 40 second; full diameter top lid closed and locked quickly by swing bolts; simple lubrication system for main bearing and clutch pulley; and spring activated or pneumatic cylinder operated lid opening can be provided for easy maintenance.
