CK Airtech India Private Limited [formerly Ceekay Hydro Conducta (P) Ltd], offers centrifugal fans. These centrifugal fans are the latest generation fans with a proven design. Impellers are backward curved with radial blades, which prevent sticky dusts from adhering to the blades. Highly efficient and less noisy, their efficiency is equivalent to systems that use aerofoil bladed impellers. These fans are well designed to meet high static pressures, large volumes and also to handle high dust concentration. Ranges from 250 m3/hr to 2,00000 m3/hr up to 1000 mm WG. Materials of construction are mild steel, rubber lined, FRP and stainless steel to suit the application. Special wear resistant lining is done to handle high abrasive dusts. All fans are tested as per IS specifications with suitable test rigs. The impellers are dynamically balanced as per standards to ensure vibration free, noiseless running even at high speeds.
