The patented design of the return unit absorbs the noise of impact caused by the ballnut’s balls, greatly reducing the noise; The ballnut diameter is 18%~32% smaller than traditional series; The patented design of the return unit improves the strength of the return structure, achieving a Dm-N value up to 220,000; The specially designed pathway of the return unit, as well as the stronger design of the ballnut reduce the impact experienced by the balls; can sustain peak performance in rigorous operating environments experiencing high acceleration and deceleration velocities, accuracy grade – precision ground ball screws available in JIS grade C0~C7.
