Accurate Enterprise is engaged in manufacturing Accent series precision heavy-duty all geared lathe machines since 1982. The all geared machines have hardened and ground bedways, hardened and profile ground headstock gears, made from EN-353 material, hardened and ground spindle, mounted on precision spindle bearings, threaded or A2-series spindle nose, Norton gearbox and complete electricals. The specification range is admit between centres from 555 mm to 3150 mm, centre height – 254 to 380 mm; spindle speeds – 30-1235 RPM; spindle bore – 53 to 80 mm; bed width 323 to 373 mm, spindle power 2.2 kW (3 HP)/3.7 kW (5 HP) and other specifications are per customers requirement.
