San Air Tools have developed a pneumatic reciprocating file for tool rooms, die and mould making industries. This tool delivers approximately 3,500 to 3,700 strokes/min at 6 kg/cm2 air pressure and consumes 4 cfm of air. This powerful tool has double piston construction that has the advantage of a vibration free operation. A simple thumb operated push-pull valve is conveniently located for easy operation. The filer accommodates 6 mm ø and 3 mm ø shank files and is supplied in a wooden box with four 6 mm ø shank files and ten 3 mm ø shank needle files with an Allen key for file holder.
