Ronuk Industries manufactures a complete range of chemicals for: buffing and polishing, electroplating, phosphating, degreasing, pickling, printed circuit board plating, chemical polishes, and effluent treatment. Various acid pickles are available for different applications for smut removal, metal activation and bright dipping for heavy scale, light rust oxidisation of spot welding marks and tarnish. There are various products for this application. Ronuk dry acid salt: Ronuk’s unique and economical dry acid salt. Eliminates the hazard of liquid acid usage and transportation. Pikprep: inhibited acid pickle for ferrous components, springs and many more uses. Acid PIK: it is an additive for hydrochloric, sulphuric and phosphoric acid pickles (excluding nitric acid). It combines the functions of emulsification and inhibition. It is particularly recommended for cleaning and de-scaling of steel components. This can be used as an additive to various inorganic acid compositions except nitric acid. Prevents fumes escaping, acts as an inhibitor and cleaner at the same time, capable of removing oils, greases and waxes.
