A company is going to construct Storage Godowns at the Sea Port area in East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh State. The extent of land about is about 5.00 acres. The land is filled with gravel and ready to start the construction. The company proposes to construct up to basement level with RCC work and then entrust the remaining entire work to Prefabrication Builders. Each godown is 25,000 sq.ft approx. There will be a total of 5 godowns out of which 3 will be closed type and the other 2 open type storage godowns. This is a maiden venture for the company and it invites those companies engaged in prefab buildings with the relevant details, so as to facilitate further negotiations. Preference will be given to those who are material manufacturers to take up the work. The company insists on 1st quality standard materials for the entire work. It must be rust proof because we near to sea. And in roof section all precautionary measures must be follow to avoid damages during heavy winds or cyclones if occur. Project could start immediately if negotiations favourable and terms are attractive to both parties.
