PRDB8 is a manifold mount, high accuracy, single stage diaphragm pressure regulator. The PRDB8-AN1-B-CDE regulator sets an industry standard for both miniaturisation and light weight. It is a manifold mount version of Beswick PRDB pressure regulator with a patented pending valve mechanism designed to provided high precision/high seal reliability at low flows and at low pressures. It is an excellent choice for low flow gas and pneumatic pressure regulation applications and is particularly useful when space and weight are critical. The PRDB weighs approx 25 gm in stainless steel. The PRDB8-AN1-B-CDE non-relieving regulator controls output pressures from 0 to 30 psig and is especially suited to low flow/low pressure regulation such as ½ psig. Maximum inlet supply pressure is 500 psig. The inlet is a 10-32 UNF external thread and the outlet port is through a 0.050" diameter hole at the base of the regulator body. Applications include hydrogen fuel cells, medical equipment, instruments, laboratory equipment, ink jet print engines, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The material of construction is 303 stainless steel, and seals made of Buna-N. Optional materials: EPDM and Viton®.
